Acknowledgement of Risks & Liability Waiver *

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk I understand that the live animal experience at Lago Farm involves interaction with ducks and other farm animals. While Lago Farm takes precautions to ensure a safe environment, animals may act unpredictably, and there is an inherent risk of bites, scratches, allergies, or other injuries. I acknowledge that Lago Farm is an outdoor facility with no climate control, and sessions are weather-dependent. Parental Responsibility & Supervision If bringing a child, I acknowledge that parental supervision is required at all times. I accept full responsibility for my child’s behavior and safety while interacting with the animals. Animal Welfare & Conduct Expectations I agree that gentle handling of animals is required. Any aggressive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior toward the animals, including but not limited to chasing, squeezing, pulling, or throwing objects, is strictly prohibited. If I or my child fails to follow these guidelines, Lago Farm reserves the right to immediately remove us from the session without refund. Liability Release I voluntarily release, discharge, and hold harmless Lago Farm, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may arise from participating in this experience. I understand that Lago Farm is not liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, injuries, or property damage resulting from interacting with live animals or being on the premises.
